1972, Ampage (6BE6) tube theremin by John Potter
This is a tube theremin with no volume control. If you don't need volume control with an antenna, and if you do want a tube design, this might be interesting. It's a rather simple design with not too many components. The design is from the Ampage site, "an online community for tube amp and music electronics
enthusiasts". This one is based on a design in "How to build proximitydetectors and metal locators", by John Potter Shields
(Howard W. Sams, Indianapolis, In, 2nd Ed., 1972, pp. 154-156).
